How to confirm if your device supports eSIM

How to check if your device supports eSIM

How do I set up an eSIM?
On iOS devices:
- Settings > Mobile Services > Add eSIM
- Use QR code > Scan the QR code directly or upload a picture from your album
- Aviro, then complete the installation
- In Mobile Data, select the newly installed eSIM as the primary route and enter the eSIM to enable data roaming.
On Android devices:
- Settings > Connections > SIM Management > Add Action Plan
- Scan QR code > Scan the QR code directly or upload a picture from your album
- Aviro, then complete the installation

Note: Before installation, please confirm that your device supports eSIM and that you have received the QR code or related information provided by Aviro.
Can a device have multiple eSIMs installed?
You can install multiple eSIMs on the same device. However, please note that you can only use one eSIM and one physical SIM card at a time, so you can use two different phone numbers on one phone.
You can switch between different eSIMs in Mobile Data to use the network. If you have multiple eSIMs installed on your device, it is recommended to name each eSIM for easy identification.
Does eSIM support data sharing (hotspot)?
Most eSIMs can share data via mobile hotspots (Wi-Fi sharing) . However, this depends on your eSIM plan and phone model. Some plans may limit internet access to the eSIM device itself and cannot share Wi-Fi with other devices.
Therefore, it is recommended to carefully confirm the eSIM plan content and the support status of the mobile phone before purchasing to ensure that the data sharing function can be used.
How do I remove my eSIM?
On iOS devices:
- Settings > Mobile Services
- Select the eSIM you want to delete (if the eSIM is not activated, please turn on "Activate this route" first)
- Deleting an eSIM
On Android devices:
- Settings > Connections > SIM Management (Please make sure eSIM is enabled first)
- Select the eSIM you want to delete
- Delete eSIM / Remove and confirm the operation
Note: Once the eSIM is deleted, it cannot be reinstalled . Please confirm that it is no longer needed before deleting it.
How can I check which eSIM is currently using data?
On iOS devices:
- Settings > Mobile Services (Please make sure eSIM is enabled first)
- Action Data
- The eSIM with a check mark is the eSIM that is using data.
On Android devices:
- Settings > Connections > SIM Management (Please make sure eSIM is enabled first)
- Check the eSIM currently in use in mobile data
