Once your credit card information is verified, the payment process is complete and will be delivered at the following time:

• eSIM: You will receive a QR code and installation instructions via email within minutes after payment is completed.
• Physical SIM: Processing and delivery time ranges from approximately 1 hour to 7 business days, depending on location and delivery method.

Currently, AVIRO only provides physical SIM delivery within Taiwan; international users can choose eSIM and use it immediately.

• Physical SIM: Currently, we offer home delivery. After delivery, AVIRO will provide a tracking number for tracking the delivery status.
• eSIM: After payment is completed, you will receive a QR code and installation instructions via email within minutes.

What if I don't receive the eSIM?

If payment is not received within 15 minutes, you can:

• Check your spam folder
• Log in to your Aviro account to view your order and QR code
• If you still haven't received it, please contact customer service via online chat and we will assist you in processing and resending the eSIM as soon as possible.
