Step 1: Confirm device & get eSIM QR code
To use eSIM, please make sure your iPhone supports eSIM and is running a compatible iOS version .
Once you complete your order, Aviro will email you a QR code for eSIM installation .

Step 2: Scan the QR code
Please install it as follows:

Go to: Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data

Select " Add eSIM"

Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code provided by Aviro

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup
📌 Notes:

If you are unable to scan the QR code, you can select " Enter Details Manually " and copy and paste the installation code from the email.

You can also select a screenshot of a QR code from the Photo Library and upload it ( only available on iOS 17 or above ).
Step 3: Name the eSIM (optional)
After installation, you can give the eSIM a name, such as "eSIM Aviro" or "Travel Special", for easier management.
Step 4: Turn on data roaming when you arrive at your destination
Once you arrive in the country where you want to use your eSIM, please follow these steps to activate your network:
Method 1:

Go to: Settings > Mobile Services > Mobile Data

Select the eSIM you just installed
Method 2:

Go to: Settings > Mobile Services > Select the eSIM you just installed

Enable Turn On This Line

Enable Data Roaming
⚠️ Notes:
-
Please do not enable data roaming before going abroad to avoid activating it too early and causing the validity period to start early.

The validity period of the eSIM will start from the time you complete the installation .

Each eSIM can only be installed once . Once deleted, it cannot be restored. Please do not delete it before you have finished using it.

The QR code image upload function is only supported on iOS 17 or later .
