Currently, Xinchuan Company has cooperated and collaborated with many travel agencies. Students can conduct practical training in the work of tour guides and leaders through the company, standing on the front line to face guests and take responsibility, while at the same time receiving close guidance and opportunities for continuous learning and development.

Given the current low status of tour leaders and tour guides, and the fact that major travel agencies are in urgent need of relevant talent but unwilling to invest in training, Xinchuan Consulting and Management Consulting Company is willing to forge ahead against the odds and shoulder the heavy responsibility of education and training, hoping to change this predicament.
