Step 1: Confirm device & get eSIM QR code
First, please make sure your Android device supports eSIM and is running a compatible operating system version.
After completing the order, you will receive a set of eSIM QR codes from Aviro (sent to your email).
🔍 You can check whether your phone supports eSIM through the instructions page we provide.
Step 2: Open eSIM settings and scan the QR code
Please follow the steps below to set up:

Go to: Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager

Click Add eSIM or Add Action Plan

Select " Use QR code "

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process
Remark:

If you can't scan the QR code with your camera, you can also select " Manually enter the code " and copy it from the email.

You can also select the " Upload QR Image " function to upload the QR code you saved as a screenshot from your album.
Step 3Name the eSIM (Optional)
After installation is complete, you can give this eSIM a name of your own, such as "eSIM Aviro" or "Travel eSIM", to distinguish it from other installed eSIMs.
Step 4: Turn on data roaming when you arrive at your destination
When you arrive in the country where you want to use eSIM:

Go to: Settings > Connections/Mobile Network

Select the eSIM you just installed

Enable Data Roaming
Notes:

Please do not enable data roaming before leaving the country to avoid wasting time by activating it too early.

The eSIM usage period will start from the moment you complete the installation .

Each eSIM can only be installed once and cannot be used or restored if deleted.

The "Upload QR Image from Gallery" feature is only available on Samsung Galaxy S20 or later models and some new Android devices.
