    1. Shutdown

    2. Use the eject pin to insert into the small hole on the side of the phone to remove the SIM card slot.

    3. Take out the original SIM card and insert the travel SIM card (align with the notch)

    6. To enable data roaming :

      • Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Mobile Data] > turn on [Data Roaming]

    7. If you cannot access the Internet, please manually set the APN (Mobile Network Access Point) :

      • [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Mobile Network] > [Access Point Name (APN)]

      • Click the "+" button in the upper right corner to add a new one and enter the APN information provided by the provider (if any)

      • After saving, select the newly added APN

How can I check the remaining data on my eSIM or physical SIM card?
  • iOS (iPhone):
     Settings > Mobile Data (or "Mobile Services") > Scroll to "Current Roaming Usage" to display the total data usage.
  • Android (such as Samsung, Vivo):
     Settings > Connections or Mobile Networks > Scroll to "Data Usage" to view.

What is the validity period of a physical SIM card?

Depending on the plan, the SIM card is usually valid until December 31 of the current year, making it suitable for long-term and multiple use needs.

The validity period of the SIM card starts from the first time it is inserted and activated. It is recommended to insert it before arriving at the destination or departure to save data.
